Poetry for Neanderthals is an Adult competitive word-guessing game where you can only give clues by speaking in single syllables. Enjoy getting grandma to guess phrases like “nudist beach,” “mile high club” or “banana hammock,” but be careful. If you use any words with more than one syllable, the other team gets to spank you with the 2-foot inflatable Spank Stick. But maybe that’s not such a bad thing?
The goal of the game is to score the most points by correctly interpreting words and phrases. The chosen Poet starts off the game with a Poetry Card and tries to get their teammates to say the listed word, using only words with one syllable within a 90-second time limit.
The team with the most points is the winner.
